Berni has 4 -5 small open sores kind of like holes above his right side butt cheek just below hip bone little bit discharge. he skin popped herion a few days ago on that area. what can it be & what does he need to do to cure it?

Drug use: He more than likely did not injection in a safe manner. From the description it sound like he has developed skin necrosis. If there is a discharge -as long as its not infected keep it clean and wash with antiseptic. If the holes are very deep then it may need surgical attention.
