I have never had stomach issues. for the last 12 hours roughly i have had blood on the tissue, more so when i have passed faeces. not sure if i can do something to fix this or if i have to go to a doctor? what should i do?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Even a simple issue like hemorrhoids can result in anemia. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
