Can hiprex kill off good bacteria as well as bad?

Hiprex: Hiprex retards the growth of bacteria in the urine but doesn't kill bacteria. I wouldn't expect any issues with overgrowth of harmful bacteria and destruction of the good bacteria of other tissues. A normal urine shows no or an insignificant amount of bacteria in urine.
