Depends: If you have a lump you want to get this evaluated as soon as possible as this could be a throat cancer and needs immediate diagnosis and treatment

Throat lump: A lump like feeling in the throat can be functional in nature or an actual growth. Will need more history and a physical exam with labs for an accurate diagnosis. May also need direct visualization by an ENT doctor. It is unlikely to be related to the coronavirus.
