Neurology: If you are seeing a primary care doc such as family medicine, make an appointment to see a specialist. A neurologist has more experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating migraines. There are many treatment options, including Botox injections.

Suggestions: Follow up with the doctor who's treating you for your migraines, so that s/he will be able to help you get the results you're seeking. You may also want to discuss magnesium and coq10 supplementation with your doctor, as in some cases these can improve migraine control but not conflict with pharmaceuticals. Good luck to you.

Get some sleep : Bed rest and adequate sleep may relieve your headache. Ask your dr if s/he would consider giving you some sleeping or anxiety meds. Know your trigger factors well
