I drank alcohol yesterday evening/night from around 2-7pm (11/22/2020)... is it safe to start my antibiotic (bactrim) right now? the time is 9:02 pm (11/23/2020? i had around 3-4 shots and a mixed drinked?

Absolutely: The only problem that you may encounter is that you may develop an upset stomach. However, there is no significant interaction between alcohol and efficacy of the antibiotics, so get them started
