Oxygenation: Check your pulse, BP and oxygen saturation regularly. If you develop trouble breathing, wheezing, headache or nausea, have an immediate evaluation. If your heart rate is consistently high, please see a physician for a cardiac evaluation. Avoid use of caffeine, rest until evaluated.

Tachycardia: I understand your discomfort. I commend you for being an "elite runner training at 5000 feet". For “Heartrate being super high”, please go to Urgent Care or ER for Diagnosis and Treatment. After that see a Psychiatrist for possible Anxiety due to stresses in you life.
