Numbness: The paresthesia could be coming from pressure on nerves in that area. The pressure could be caused by a subclinical dental abscess or sinus blockage. So hard to diagnose over the internet, so you'll need to see your dentist to rule out any dental issues, and then your physician of needed. All the best...
