Hydration: Most commonly, the color of urine tells us our Hydration status. When we are well hydrated urine is very light yellow. It gets progressively darker yellow and sometimes orange when we are dehydrated. Urine can also be bright yellow from vitamins, or dark orange from blood in the urine. Be sure to drink at least 2 liters of non caffeinated water or other beverages daily.
