I had a stroke in 2013' since then my affect foot swells up when the weather is hot. the foot is sensitive to feeling and had constant pain. have been to my gp but still the foot is sore?

Post stroke pain: Some individuals suffer what is called Thalamic pain, or post stroke pain. This nerve related pain ( neuropathic pain) can be treated with certain classes of medications like antoconvulsants. The best example is Gabapentin. You should request a consultation with a pain specialist.
