Possibly: Bumps on the tip of your penis can be caused by poor cleaning, but also can be caused by irritation or an STD. Please see your doctor to be properly diagnosed and treated. Try not to rub or scratch the bumps so that they don't get infected if they are not already. Also, would recommend holding off on sex until diagnosis is made.
