Vaginal yeast: You could always use a dental damn or make one. A dental damn is basically a sheet of latex. You can make one by taking a condom, cutting off tip and then cutting along the length of it to make a sheet. You partner would stretch it over the clitoral region and then you have a barrier between his lips/tongue and your skin.
