Why not check and se: You doctor can check levels of hormones and see if your dosage is correct.

Check blood levels: There are other reasons for feeling cold. Are you anemic? Do you have low testosterone? Consult with your doctor or an endocrinologist.

See your doctor : Hypothyroidism is treated with hormone replacement and the response to medication and dosing is adjusted based on lab work and symptoms. This should be done by your physician. You may or may not require T3 (liothyronine) supplement depending on your response.

Don't treat: Symptoms blindly with medication. That's what doctors and lab tests do with much better accuracy and safety. Armour thyroid should not be used by humans; it's not standardized on the basis of thyroid content. It also contains t3, (liothyronine) so definitely don't take more T3 (liothyronine) -- it's dangerous. See a real doctor.
