A member asked:

My t3 (liothyronine) is low but t4 and tsh are normal, but i already have my gland enlarged, and can feel it, i'm on food supplements, can this stop growth?

Thyroid problem: This is not normal, and if your thyroid gland is enlarged you need specialty care and careful diagnosis. If T4 is high and t3 (liothyronine) is low then you many not be converting T4 to the biologically active t3 (liothyronine).
