No: While antibiotics are known to interfere with combination hormone oral contraceptives (contain both estrogen and progesterone) they do no interfere with Depo (progesterone only). You are safe from getting pregnant. It is important to note, though, that oral or injected contraceptive does not prevent any kind of STD. You should be using condoms regularly to avoid Herpes, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, etc

Unlikely: Most antibiotics, especially the commonly used ones, have no effect on Depo or whether it will prevent pregnancy. The best bet is to repost this question with the specific antibiotics you’re taking.
