I am currently on the depo, but i am taking antibiotics and not using protection. could i get pregnant?

No: While antibiotics are known to interfere with combination hormone oral contraceptives (contain both estrogen and progesterone) they do no interfere with Depo (progesterone only). You are safe from getting pregnant. It is important to note, though, that oral or injected contraceptive does not prevent any kind of STD.
