IUI Pregnancy: If you had the IUI in march, you are currently pregnant and they may have seen an early gestational sac. The blastocyst stage occurred soon after your IUI when the egg and sperm first met and fertilization occurred. The blastocyst implanted into your uterus, causing the pregnancy to develop. Now, you are looking to see if a fetus develops. You should be able to see it at your next ultrasound.
