PSYCHIATRIST: Please see a Psychiatrist as soon as possible to help you so the confusion you are experiencing doesn't get worse. The sooner you get help the better your results will be to feel OK. Also have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM sessions. Fears and anxiety could be heightened due to Covid-19.
