A member asked:

Hi i am 30 years old, i have been married for 7 years, i have no children, i have pus in sperm, i took a lot of antibiotics but could not control. the doctors tell me that your test is positive but the sperm has pus. what is your advice to me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pyospermia: Pus in the semen is usually related to prostate infection which the correct antibiotic should be able to eliminate. Because you have not had a pregnancy for so long, I would suggest that you see a specialist who treats male infertility for full evaluation and treatment. If not yet done, your wife should be evaluated by a doctor who treats female infertility.
