See your derm: A nonhealing sore on the body, especially the lower leg can be concerning. See your dermatologist who can give you an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan and if needed perform a biopsy.

Non healing sore: Any sore that doesn't heal should be examined. There could be a underlying infection to a skin cancer. You should see a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis.
