No worries: You should be fine. Some suggestions: Hem your scrubs, wear disposable shoe covers at work. In addition, you should consider your entire uniform contaminated if you work in any healthcare setting, so you should not be walking through your house with it on. Take your scrubs and your shoes off at the door and put on "house clothes" or just leave the scrubs at your place of work.
