Maybe but no studies: Probably, but the information from osha about managing blood born pathogens does not include these products for cleaning. Professional lysol is appropriate for hep a, but not listed for b/c or hiv. The appropriate approach is to use bleach, but not as wipes, instead as a bleach solution.
