Not medication: I would not suggest any muscle relaxants of any type for these types of symptoms. I suggest you keep very well hydrated, especially drinking water. Then, make sure you do some stretching twice daily. upon awakening and before bed. Be sure to pay special attention to muscle groups that are tightening in your sleep.
