I tested positive for covid 19 and my 8 month old baby is okay. he's breastfed and i am not sure what to do? i don't have anyone else who could look after him so he's stuck with me during this period, will i not infect him?

Keep breastfeeding : So far no eveidence of COVID transmission via Breat milk . Keep your face mask when breastfeeding and whenever you are in close contact with baby. Wash your hands and all hygine . Baby can benefit form breast milk for better immune system . it is best thing you can do. Hope you do not get symptoms . You may consider retest in few weeks.
