Concerned!: Sudden onset of true projectile vomiting is not normal, along with her seeming "tired". I would try giving her ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for 2 hours, then try only 5cc (1 tsp) of Pedialyte. If she keeps that down for 5 minutes, give her another 5cc, continue administration every few minutes.If vomits first 5cc after the stomach rest, then go to ER for evaluation-could be something called intussusception
