Multifactorial: His fatigue is likely multifactorial and a review of his meds with his main prescriber may help as blood pressure is running on the lower side and may contribute to his symptoms. Could not find the last drug listed as spelled, but first 2 are antihypertensives that may be dose adjusted or discontinued. Prostate cancer is also typically causing fatigue and lack of energy.
