Hi, is it possible to have side effects (vertigo, dizziness, brain fog, derealization etc.) when you increase or decrease the dosage of venlafaxine? thanks?

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECT: Yes this is possible side effects. Need to increase or decrease very slowly and take after food. By slowly I mean like give each dose about 2 weeks and go up slowly do not double or reduce by half. Tell your doctor.
