Discontinuation Synd: Classical, shouldn’t be worried. You need to slower the way you were taken off the venlafaxine ... I've 150->112.5->75-> 37.5. making sure it's the ER/XR and not IR formulation. May also need to switch to twice/day dosing if you were/are on once/day of the Effexor.
