Tightening: Possibly related to teething, but there can be other reasons. Time to contact a children's medical specialist (Pediatrician) AND achildren's dental specialist (Pedodontist) . Get professional evaluation by BOTH, rather than trying to find a solution on a pharmacy or supermarket shelf. Stop trying tp be a doctor and let 2 specialist doctors help your child.
