A member asked:

4 months post knee replacement having pain in my tibia is that normal if so how do you stop the pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pain not usual: Tibial pain is not typical after a total knee 4 months after surgery. X-rays would show a possible tibial fracture below the prosthesis. A CT scan would be more specific as well. If the pain is medial I have seen patients have tendonitis or bursitis from the pes anserine tendons that attach there.
