My right knee replacement that iv had for 10 yrs sticks out on the back of my knee, like a big knot. is this normal? or time to replace?

No.: Most likely it's a fluid build up that comes from an over production of joint fluid. Called a baker's cyst. Useless it produces pain or mechanical dysfunction of knee does not need treatment and will probably resolve. Should follow up with surgeon to have it evaluated.
