GET IT EVALUATED: Not sure what this means but you could have pulled a muscle or a ligament or an Achilles tendon. Hard to say. Just walking or were you active or running or jumping. May need to get it looked at.

Anatomy: If this persists, heed the doctors advice. Could involve calf muscle, posterior knee, Achilles’ tendon, but cannot fully exclude deep vein inflammation. Get this looked at

Likely calf muscle : This is likely a calf muscle strain/tear which will recover without surgery. The most important thing to rule out is an associated Achilles’ tendon tear which is the end of the muscle. Evaluation by a physician should rule this out.
