Hard to be specific: Tough to answer this with any degree of certainty. Having said that this type of diffuse pain all over in a young patient can often be rheumatologic in order and I’d start with a visit to your primary care physician for some basic laboratory studies. Then, a consult with a rheumatologist may be warranted.
