Cellulitis: The question is "why" do you want to put lotion on cellulitis? I like to keep the skin clean and dry so I can see what is going on. If the skin is dry and itchy, then a mild, unscented, hypoallergenic lotion could be used, but I would prefer cool wet compresses.
