Need Doctor Exam: Sounds like you need a physical with labs. Often times cellulitis can be due to diabetes. Have you had a HgA1c and fasting glucose done? Those rule out diabetes. What about using an antibacterial soap or body wash that kills bacteria. By decreasing the bacteria on the skin, less to get into the hair follicles and cause cellulitis.
