I am a teacher. when i am around kids, i wear 2 masks ( a surgical mask under a cloth mask and filter). i also wear a face shield. i still dont feel safe. is there a nasal sanitizer that you suggest? how can i keep myself from getting this virus?

No: What you are doing seems adequate if not excessive. In the many industrialized nations over the world having in person teaching kids have not been found to be the super spreaders we once thought. Case fatality rate at your age approaches zero. A promising vaccine is presently in production. I would sanitize often & relax. Vitamin C/D3 & zinc are helpful immune boosters.
