Recently i had numbess and tingling on my left arm and leg. my vitb12 test came at 129 pmol/l; potassium came at 3.6 mmol/l; iron profile normal. i've been on vitb12 injection for a month now but the tingling and numbness is not going away?

Neurologist: I recommend consulting a neurologist. Concern would be for brain lesion, demyelinating disorder like multiple sclerosis or right carotid artery blockage.
