How can one get a spider out that is stuck in an ear canal. think it must of got in there when asleep. looks like those jumping spiders. causing ear ache and what damage can it cause?

See below: Pour a small amount of vegetable or baby oil into the ear canal. This will usually kill the insect. Do not try to poke or try to extract the spider with forceps etc. Wish you good health!

Spider in ear: ENT is best. They have the best equipment ( microscope, etc.) and skill to remove it completely and most comfortably.
