Are domperidone and compazine related in any way. if im allergic to compazine can i take domperidone?

No: Somewhat related due to effects on same type of receptors and possibly helping as antinausea drugs. Otherwise not used in similar clinical circumstances. Domperidone is more of a prokinetic that has been banned in US due to significant cardiac side effects. Talk yo your doc about your options so that proper treatment can be instituted.
