I was itching my scalp (i have dandruff) and i noticed it started oozing some sort of liquid, i rubbed it off with a paper towel. i noticed after a little bit that it started to bleed too! what is this?

Oozing from scalp: It is likely that there was a cyst or ingrown hair that drained some serum and then blood. Absence of tenderness and pus is reassuring that infection wasn't present. Have an MD inspect your scalp if symptoms didn't resolve.
