What is question?: I'm not sure what your question here is. She sounds like a normal, healthy newborn. Baby acne is normal due to removal of maternal hormones - it will likely get worse before it gets better. She's nursing well - is she gaining weight appropriately? Fussiness at this age is often hunger or something in mom's diet causing some stomach discomfort. Mom should try dairy free, avoid cruciferous vegs.
