BP meds tired: Discuss with your prescribing Dr. Check BP sitting &standing & call Dr if it falls by 20 or you get dizzy on standing. The best diet change is to move to the DASH eating plan. Use the &App Cronometer & track Na & K intake & get to goal of less1,500 mg of Sodium Na & more than 4,700 mg K/day. Let your Dr know as you may need to back off on some of your BP meds.
