Help? I use fluoconozole oil for sebhorraic dermatitis, Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo. Hair still itches like crazy! hair is thinning at crown, breaking off. Woman.

Scalp tenderness, dandruff and hair loss (really really noticeable all over thinning). Just started using Ketoconazole shampoo for about a week and still have the same symptoms other than dandruff. Not sure if I should start fin and minoxidil?
