Testing: Nowadays the recommendation is to get tested as this helps in contact tracing as well. If you're positive or were exposed, , isolate for 14 days and no symptoms for at least 3 days. I recommend gargling with warm salt water, sucking on zinc lozenges and taking vitamin D which may ward off the covid virus or help symptoms .
