Can't tell: Can't tell, because it depends on one's details. For example, might one be pregnant now or maybe recently miscarried? Today's home urine tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, vaginal spotting or medications. A test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (or when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period.

Agree with Dr. K: There is a wide range of HCG values in normal pregnancies and your level is not a reliable way to know the duration of pregnancy. For the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of a doctor. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
