Hello i took a bhcg test yesterday my results was <10 miu/ml. does that mean i am not pregnant?

A BHCG of <10mlU/ml: should be considered a negative test. This may be confusing but, if the method you're using can't detect levels below 10mIL/ml, it's interpreted as negative. If your period is late and you are still concerned, recheck a first morning urine in one week. HCG levels rise very fast in early pregnancy. By 6 weeks, they're in the 1000+++ range. Hope this helps.
