Sleep hygiene: Remains best, being able to exercise during the day, no food close to bedtime, easy on electronics and tv during late hours allowing for the stress accumulated during the day to be absorbed. It is between the mind and the body, finding the delicate balance, and with the understanding that nights will not be the same as days are not the same.
