Yes: A lot of compounding pharmacies can do nitroglycerin rectal ointment which is the active in rectiv. It is usually much cheaper than rectiv. There are other alternatives like nifedipine and lidocaine based compounded ointments that can be used as well. Please consult with your doctor and they should be able to prescribe one of the above.
