Carpal Tunnel: This sounds fairly typical for carpal tunnel syndrome as it frequently starts during pregnancy. It involves numbness and tingling in the thumb, index, middle, and part of the ring finger. Night time symptoms are frequently improved by wearing wrist braces. Given the duration of your symptoms, I would recommend you be seen by a hand surgeon for further treatment recommendations.

Carpal tunnel : Carpal tunnel syndrome can occur with pregnancy. It often will go away after delivery but sometimes persists. Try a carpal tunnel brace at night. If symptoms persist a nerve conduction study would help in diagnosis.
