Pregnancy related: Numbness and even tingling of hands during pregnancy is very common. Try wearing a hand splint during night time, which will keep your hands stable and prevent bending to impinge blood flow, which exacerbates these sensations.

Hello, For the past two days Ive been waking up in the middle of the night breathless and feeling numbness in hands and feet. I recently had an ekg and labs done and everything came back great according to the Dr. What could this be ?

Ive had blurry vision (eyes are unfocused/drowsy) for 3weeks. Ive done tons of tests with normal results (ECG, MRI, CBC, CT scan) I also have fatigue/chills, numb hands. I just found out my vit D is low at 15ng/ml. Can a vit deficiency cause this?
