Carpal tunnel syndro: You may be describing carpal tunnel syndrome which occurs frequently during pregnancy (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19753825). Check out http://www.babycenter.com/0_carpal-tunnel-syndrome-during-pregnancy_234.bc & http://www.webmd.com/baby/tc/pregnancy-carpal-tunnel-syndrome-topic-overview then go see your Family Doc & OB for evaluation & appropriate treatment. Congrats & good luck!

Pregnancy related: Numbness and even tingling of hands during pregnancy is very common. Try wearing a hand splint during night time, which will keep your hands stable and prevent bending to impinge blood flow, which exacerbates these sensations.
