Acid Reflux: Sounds like heart burn or acid reflux secondary to hormonal changes from pregnancy and the growing baby pushing up. The acid coming up from the stomach can irritate your throat and upper airways and lead to burning sensation and airway spasms in addition can contribute to a dry cough. An antacid like ranitidine can be tried after consultation with your obstetrician.
